1. Make a to-do list
You should plan your next day by making a to-do list every night to make it more productive. It not only clear up your vision but also gives you time for the next day.
You should add your most difficult tasks first on the list when you are full of energy and add the small or easy tasks at the last.
2. Plan your goals
For a long term goal you should have a motivation that motivates you to get up in the morning and get doing. If you don't have such kind of goals so there is nothing to gain or lose and the best option will be wasting your time on unnecessary things or tasks.
Instead of investing time in junk you should find your goal that motivates you to get up and work.
3. Cleanliness
If your surrounding is messy and disorganized your mind will feel disturbed too. A clean area gives you positive vibes and make you feel more energetic. Good hygiene have a positive impact on you energy levels.
4. Proper sleep
Lack of sleep is an obvious reason for laziness. Yes there is only one solution if you want to get rid of laziness and a fresh start, then focus on good quality sleep of at least 7 to 8 hours.
Scientifically it is proven that sleep between 11 pm to 6 am is best. That is the time when your body is prepared to fall asleep.
When your eyes are exposed to blue light of the displays it tricks the brain that its still daytime.This reduces sleep hormones like melatonin, which helps you relax and get deep sleep. It's best to stop using the phone at night.
5. Supportive environment
If the people around you are generally a bit lazy about work and goals, then it make your mood lazy in much easier way. It's better to have people around you that inspires you to achieve your goal without wasting time.
Finding a partner to hold you accountable for your action is a good way to start.
