How to Stop OVERTHINKING.

1. Meditation
It is a scientifically proven way to calm your mind and unlock its full potential. Try meditation for atleast 5 minutes, but at least try it. It will steer clear your mind, let it stabilize and focus. Meditation will help you in training your mind to calm down.

2. See the bigger picture
You should ask yourself the biggest and worst situations that can happen and the possible positive side that can occur.

• What's the worst that can happen?

• What's the possibility of its happening?

• How much will it affect you?

This will make your vision more clear and your brain will not be confused in overthinking of unnecessary things.

3. Write down your thoughts
Start writing down your thoughts in a diary not all but the most noticible once. Now you can track which thoughts are consuming your mind.

4. Performance anxiety
Its main reason for overthinking is what will happen, what and how will be the outcome. Just give your best in every task instead of thinking of the outcomes.

Just do your best and leave the rest.

5. Do what you love
You can invest your time doing what you love like singing, dancing, painting, watching movies etc. This will divert your mind and help you in reducing overthinking habits.
