Stay Productive During Quarantine (COVID-19)

STAY PRODUCTIVE DURING QUARANTINE
Create a morning routine
Get a morning ritual like getting up and drinking water to rehydrate your body doing some yoga, stretches or playing your favourite playlist anything which can help you to fell energized and completely utilise your day. Avoid snoozing your alarm and you will thank me later. I suggest you to avoid looking at your phone take some time, introspect and then you can check what's going outside.

Clean your space
If your surrounding is messy and disorganized your mind will feel disturbed too. A clean area gives you positive vibes and  make you feel more energetic. Good hygiene have a positive impact on you energy levels.

Plan for your Quarantine
Make a list of task of things that you want to achieve or get completed in this Quarantine. Make this list always visible to you so you can see it again and again and get up to achieve it. Sort your task according to their importance set deadlines before which they should be completed. At the end of the Quarantine you will not be scolding yourself for wasting this crucial time.

Take break
Breaks are also important so make sure to take time to rest your body and brain too, take a tea, a walk or anything else which refreshes your mind , come back with fresh mood and energy to achieve your goals. You can also use pomodoro technique which worked for me like a charm.

Reduce social media and news
It is good to stay updated about the pandemic, however if you over consume this news it will make you feel depressed. Stop comparing yourself with others how they are utilising there time during Quarantine. Focus on your goals, use the technologies which make your goal come closer and shutdown all the unnecessary acts.

Stay in touch with your friends
Most of us have not yet done a single call, text to their friends. Social isolated is good but it doesn't means that you cannot get connected to your loved ones digitally. Schedule regular calls, with your friends, family, colleagues. Make it fun instead of taking it as a task.
My recommendation

Eat healthy Be healthy
You all are getting lazy and having anything in diet which is not good. Getting the right fuel into the body is important for good brain functioning, feel energized. You can take cheat meals once a week. But cheating everyday is like cheating with your health. Fill your fridge with veggies, fruits, nuts.

Exercise and Meditation
Exercise is important for body and for training brain you do meditation. Right now Gyms are closed so, you can do yoga, stretches or any other physical activity which makes you feel happier and energized.

Learning how to control your mind is pretty simple and can be done by meditation. Meditation will help you to avoid overthinking, have better sleep and focus on your goals.
